Devise a system for regulating the internet.
- Consider firstly what are the issues surrounding being able to access ideas from all over the world publishing our words and images?
- Who would be responsible for internet regulation
- Are there any existing bodies who could/should do this?
- Would it require a new organisation?
- How would the regulation be monitored?
